Meditation Classes @ Living Peace Yoga
During this meditation class, a variety of techniques are shared to train us in the art of focusing our mind. Once the mind is still and quiet, we have the opportunity to see clearly, free from judgement, and to live more fully in the present moment. Most participants sit in a chair, as a comfortable body is important so that the mind isn’t distracted. Bolsters and mats are available too, if you prefer sitting on the floor. Body Breath Mind Classes @ Living Peace Yoga
This class is an equal mixture of postures, breathing and meditation. Consider this a delicious, mindful, moving meditation. Gentle movement will prepare the body for deep breathing practices, as well as a variety of meditations to help heal and soothe the mind. One of the keys to a happy and healthy life, is a regular practice of meditation, and this class is a perfect way to introduce you to meditation or to deepen your existing meditation practice.

“Peaceman” Book Launch

Date: International Men’s Day, Tuesday 19th November
Time: 7:30am – 8:45am
Location: Living Peace Yoga, 2/20 The Boulevarde, Toronto.

Join us for the official launch of this incredible new book, Peaceman! There will be a talk by the author who will also do book signings, and other special guests who will share their journey as men of peace. Light refreshments will also be served.

Satsang with Greg and Ginny

Date: Sunday 24th November
Time: 9:30am – 11am
Price: BY DONATION at the door

A “Satsang” is Sanskrit term meaning “being in the company of the truth” and refers to a group of like-minded people who engage in a spiritual dialogue. Greg and Ginny Clarke will lead spiritual and devotional activities such as yogic meditation, concentration, devotional singing (kirtan), breathing/pranayama and contemplation. There will also be time for Q&A where you can ask any spiritual questions or concerns that may arise.
